Q. If I have a problem who do I speak to?

Q. Where is the wine sent from?

A. All our wine for UK delivery goes through London City Bond, one of the UK’s leading wine storage and delivery companies, where we keep a large amount of stock at their Dinton branch.


Q. How long will delivery take?

A.  Delivery time depends on your post code and one should generally allow up to 5 working days. However, for postcodes within the M25 delivery it is generally within 2 days and the South East within 3 days. We will always quote delivery times when you receive confirmation of your order.


Q. How do I arrange for delivery if I am not at home?

A. You do not have to be in at the time of delivery but do tell us where to leave the wine if nobody is in, such as in the porch or with a neighbour.


Q. Can I send wine as a present?

A. Absolutely just include any short gift message in the delivery instructions. We ourselves place your order with the delivery company so we can add any message and we can track what's happening. We will email you to say when the wine has been delivered.


Q. Faulty wines and returns?

A. If a wine is ‘corked’ or faulty, we will refund you the amount of the bottle or, if you prefer, give you a credit against a future order


Q. Why sign up for our newsletter?

A. We will send you regular updates from the vineyard and let you know how things are progressing with the wine plus other interesting snippets from the wine world. You will also be the first to hear about our wine and any special deals that we offer our subscribing customers.
