Wine tasting hosted by Gerard Basset

We were delighted that Gerard Basset, World Champion Sommelier 2010, agreed to host a blind tasting of Sangiovese wines.  Ten wines were chosen across a range of producers from Umbria and Tuscany including our Nesso and Nodo.  Gerard was joined by Sally Easton (MW) and Laurent Bergmann from Berkmann Wines.  Overall our wines were rated very highly against some world renown labels.  A fantastic evening followed at TerraVina with friends joining us to enjoy a wonderful selection of Italy's finest Sangiovese, including Nesso and Nodo, accompanied by a superb meal.
